In September 2025, an additional issue of 7,779 shares of Forum Muider Limited was carried out in favour of the investor Primet LLC (Qatar), as a result of which the share of "Samruk-Energy" JSC in the share capital decreased from 50% to 35%.

The Bogatyr open-pit mine with a design capacity of 50 million tons of coal per year was built in 1965-1979. The total design capacity of the mines of Bogatyr Komir LLP is 42 million tons of coal per year. The company supplies coal to the power plants of the Samruk-Energy JSC group and third-party consumers in Kazakhstan and Russia. The main coal grade is KSN-300. In 2025, Forum Muider Limited was redomiciled to the AIFC, and 35% of its shares were sold as part of the privatisation process.

Enterprise Supply Chain

Bogatyr Komir LLP mines KSN grade coal and supplies thermal and municipal coal to the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as exports to the Russian Federation. Coal for thermal power plants of the Republic of Kazakhstan is sold under direct contracts, for thermal power plants of the Russian Federation - through a trader, municipal coal - through commodity exchanges.

The Company produces at the Ekibastuz coal deposit within the Bogatyr and Severny open-pit mines on the basis of a subsoil use contract. Balance coal reserves as of 1 January 2025 are estimated at about 2.45 billion tons.

Reserves and geography of the field under development

As of 1 January 2026, the balance coal reserves of Bogatyr Komir LLP are about 2.75-3.0 billion tons. These reserves are concentrated in two open-pit mines - Bogatyr and Severny in the Ekibastuz coal basin.
